cmtk-convert_warp - Online in the Cloud

This is the command cmtk-convert_warp that can be run in the OnWorks free hosting provider using one of our multiple free online workstations such as Ubuntu Online, Fedora Online, Windows online emulator or MAC OS online emulator

convert_warp - Convert nonrigd transformations.

SYNOPSIS


convert_warp InputPath OutputPath

DESCRIPTION


This tool converts nonrigid B-spline free-format deformation coordinate transformations
between different representations (e.g., absolute vs. relative vectors). Also creates
fractional transformations.

OPTIONS


Global Toolkit Options (these are shared by all CMTK tools)
--help
Write list of basic command line options to standard output.

--help-all
Write complete list of basic and advanced command line options to standard output.

--wiki
Write list of command line options to standard output in MediaWiki markup.

--man
Write man page source in 'nroff' markup to standard output.

--version
Write toolkit version to standard output.

--echo
Write the current command line to standard output.

--verbose-level <integer>
Set verbosity level.

--verbose, -v
Increment verbosity level by 1 (deprecated; supported for backward compatibility).

--threads <integer>
Set maximum number of parallel threads (for POSIX threads and OpenMP).

Main Options
--fractional <float>, -f <float>
Write fractional deformation. Range: 0=affine to 1=full nonrigid; Default: 1
[Default: -1]

--deformation-only, -d
Write only deformation part of transformation (minus global affine component)
