DESCRIPTION:
AzuraCast is a free, open-source, self-hosted suite for operating internet radio stations from a web browser. Its installer assembles the broadcasting stack, including Liquidsoap for AutoDJ programming and Icecast-KH for listener delivery. Station managers can upload media, edit metadata, organize files, create rotation rules, and schedule playlists. It supports live DJ accounts, browser-based broadcasting, listener requests, remote relays, recordings, and multiple output formats. One installation can host multiple stations with separate media, statistics, users, and role-based permissions. Public player pages, webhooks, detailed analytics, reports, and an authenticated REST API support external services and custom interfaces. AzuraCast runs on Docker-compatible servers and centralizes updates, backups, logs, and station administration.
