It provides prescriptive guidance, modular design, and infrastructure as code examples (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) to help enterprises deploy and manage Azure environments that are governed, secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework. The intent is to help organizations set up a robust foundational structure: identity, network, management groups, policies, governance, subscription organization, security, connectivity etc.
