We present the PP2OA - Personalized Pipeline to Omics Analyses, this toolbox is able to aggregate much software to perform tasks in an automated way and with easy interaction with the final user, composed of two parts of Client and Server software. The Client part has a simple and intuitive graphical interface that facilitates the use of numerous bioinformatics tools by researchers and users without an advanced computing background.
