Ducks Modular Redux is a proposal for organizing Redux logic into self-contained feature modules. Each duck keeps a reducer, action types, action creators, and optional side effects in one file instead of scattering them across folders. The convention requires a default reducer export and named action-creator exports. Action types use a namespaced format that includes the application or package, reducer name, and action name. This structure makes features easier to move, reuse, publish, and reason about independently. Ducks remain compatible with combineReducers, bindActionCreators, thunks, sagas, and other common Redux patterns. The repository documents the rules, provides examples, includes translations, and points to libraries and generators inspired by the proposal.
