This is the command newslock that can be run in the OnWorks free hosting provider using one of our multiple free online workstations such as Ubuntu Online, Fedora Online, Windows online emulator or MAC OS online emulator

USAGE
newslock
tempname lockname create a hard link from tempname to lockname if lockname did not
exist before. Returns 0 if suceeds, 1 otherwise.
