The app is fully self-contained: Developer ID signed, hardened runtime, Apple notarized and stapled, and Gatekeeper verified — no
Homebrew or external runtime required. It bundles FreeType, ODE (double precision), freealut and stb_image, and renders on Apple's
OpenGL 4.1 Core profile using the OpenAL framework for audio.
This is the FreeWRL 6.7 engine line, maintained by the Ascendance Open Worlds project. It is not the official upstream FreeWRL
distribution.
