OnWorks protects the user privacy when entering in our web-site and use our web cloud application services ("Services"). We do not collect personal information. OnWorks applications integrated with Google Drive use no information available from the Google account(s) you log into. No personal information from Google is sent to us at any point.

Our apps use Google analytics in order to know how many users we have and what they use more. Please refer to the privacy policy of Google to see what they do with the hits they receive from you.

 

SHARING 

We do not share your personal information.

USER FILES AND DATA

OnWorks applications uses a remote repository for files that is located in our cloud servers for each user. Moreover, OnWorks is integrated with Google Drive. In this Google Drive case, the user files are part of an OS image file that goes from Google Drive to our servers but the user data is removed automatically when the OS image running in the OnWorks servers is stopped by the end user. No Google Drive user files data remains in the OnWorks servers.

 

COOKIES

We may use one or more cookies to your computer or other device. The cloud be used to improve the our service quality, including for storing user settings, search results and tracking user trends. Note that you can clear your browser to clean all cookies. 

 

ADVERTISEMENT

We use technology and platforms to provide advertisements within the Services. In concrete, we use Google Adsense. Regarding the ads we and our partners may collect and use information about you, such as your session activity, device identifier, geo-location information and IP address. Please note that our partners operate under their own privacy policies. Refer to the Google Adsense policy.

 

SECURITY

We take security controls to protect against unauthorized access, modifications or destruction of data. Additionally, if your userid does not open a session during 10 days we consider that you do not want to use more our OnWorks apps, and your data is removed from our servers. This is a security measure.

3. Advertisement

We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Applications which helps us keep the cost of the Applications low.

Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Applications, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number.

4. Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Our Company

OnWorks is part of the OffiDocs company group. It is the same team. OffiDocs is a solution hosted in two main company platforms:

• Hetzner Online GmbH, which is an Internet hosting company and data center operator based in Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner Online owns and operates three data center parks in Nuremberg[4] and Falkenstein/Vogtland (Germany), and Helsinki (Finland).
• OVH, which is a French cloud computing company that offers VPS, dedicated servers and other web services. OVH owns the world's largest datacentre in surface area. They are the largest hosting provider in Europe, and the third largest in the world based on physical servers.

OffiDocs use these platforms in order to provide all its services to our end users. All these services are free of charge. 

OnWorks is a company whose platform is an enhanced version of the OffiDocs virtual OS environment. In fact, OnWorks is a custom QEMU online version, which is an alternative to VMWARE and CITRIX. Our OnWorks QEMU is fully tested, it has millions of users and it is totally free. It is a very valid alternative to any VMWARE and CITRIX deployment to run and access any Operative System remotely.
