DESCRIPTION
Each school district's IT department can host the web app. The web app allows teachers to send notifications to students. Parents can view their child's notification. The web app needs Golang, MySql server. The admin of each district will set up mysql connection, compile, and run. Please read *.pdf files for usages and methods to host the web app. Parents' registrations are important which include registration, logging in, adding students, specifying teacher. Teachers' participations also important. If teachers don't send notifications, parents don't see anything when logging in.
