הפקודה crtsv features mutual conversion between a database of Curia and a TSV text.
פקודה זו שימושית כאשר חילופי נתונים עם גרסה אחרת של QDBM או DBM אחרת, או
כאשר חילופי נתונים בין מערכות שיש להן סדרי בתים שונים. נעשה שימוש בפקודה זו
בפורמט לעיל. שם specifies a database name. The subcommand יצוא reads TSV data
from the standard input. If a key overlaps, the latter is adopted. -בנם מציין את
number of the elements of the bucket array. -דנום specifies the number of division of the
database. The subcommand לייבא כותב נתוני TSV לפלט הסטנדרטי.
