ArchCUT3-D download for Linux

This is the Linux app named ArchCUT3-D whose latest release can be downloaded as ArchCUT3-DInstallation.zip. It can be run online in the free hosting provider OnWorks for workstations.

תיאור

ArchCUT3-D software specifically developed to precisely evaluate the 3-D micromorphological characteristics of archaeological surface incisions. 3-D slices produced from 3-D models using an accurate and repeatable method. Analysis is based on a continuous 3-D sliced sequence from a chosen range within the incision path. Measurements and shapes of individual slices can be extracted. ArchCUT3-D’s interface is designed to provide a computational and mathematical analysis of engravings approachable to an audience of archaeologists and art historians with no 3-D analysis background.
