Solexa-Quality BoxPlot-plotter Genereert een solexa-kwaliteitsscore box-plot-grafiek
[-p] - Genereer PostScript-bestand (.PS). Standaard is PNG-afbeelding.
[-i INPUT.TXT] - Invoerbestand. Moet de uitvoer zijn van "solexa_quality_statistics"
programma. [-o OUTPUT] - Uitvoerbestandsnaam. standaard is STDOUT. [-t TITEL] -
Titel (meestal de solexa-bestandsnaam) - wordt in de grafiek weergegeven.
