Takes a GNU Radio short integer binary file and displays the samples versus time. You can
stel de blokgrootte in om op te geven hoeveel punten er tegelijk moeten worden ingelezen en de startpositie
in het bestand. Het systeem gaat standaard uit van een samplefrequentie van 1, dus na verloop van tijd is elke sample
uitgezet tegen het monsternummer. Om een echte tijdas in te stellen, stelt u de samplefrequentie in (-R or
--sample-tarief) op de samplefrequentie die wordt gebruikt bij het vastleggen van de samples.
