activitygen --net-file <INPUT>.net.xml --stat-file <INPUT>.stat.xml --output
<OUTPUT>.rou.xml --rand

generate a trips file from a stats file on a given net using arbitrary random seed

activitygen --net-file <INPUT>.net.xml --stat-file <INPUT>.stat.xml --output
