DESCRIPTION
p2p.kiwi is a free, open-source screen-sharing and conferencing application designed for direct collaboration between users. It supports Windows, macOS, and Linux through a straightforward desktop interface. The application establishes peer-to-peer connections using WebRTC technology without requiring users to create accounts. It supports screen sharing and communication for remote meetings, presentations, and collaborative development. Its end-to-end encryption architecture combines Messaging Layer Security with SFrame media encryption. Network connectivity uses ICE negotiation and STUN servers, with optional TURN relays when direct connections are unavailable. Built for simplicity and privacy, p2p.kiwi provides an alternative to centralized screen-sharing platforms.
