PROC-php vous permet de gérer une procédure de choix informatisée entre plusieurs utilisateurs.Chaque utilisateur peux ainsi émettre un ou plusieurs voeux, et en fonction de son classement et des voeux émis par les utilisateurs mieux classés que lui, le logiciel calcule le résultat de la procédure.
Il s'agit d'un script PHP prévu pour tourner sur un site web, avec une base de données MySQL.
