Terminal Code
DESCRIPTION
Terminal Code brings a VS Code-style development environment directly into a compatible terminal. It combines terminal-browser with code-server so the graphical editor can be rendered inside the terminal instead of a separate browser window. The tode command can open files or folders, jump to exact locations, compare files, and manage workspaces. It also supports panes, extension management, theme selection, source-control review, and importing settings from VS Code-compatible editors. An interactive shortcut setup helps resolve key conflicts between the editor and terminal. Remote development is optimized through SSH by keeping the frontend local while running the VS Code backend remotely. It targets macOS and Linux, with Windows use possible through WSL and a compatible terminal.
