Program został stworzony w środowisku Delphi 10.4
Aplikacja jest bardzo prosta, w programie można dodać link, usunąć pojedynczy link, usunąć całą listę linków, zapisać i oczywiście samo otwarcie linku.
Nie usuwaj ani nie przenoś pliku base_links.txt i memo.txt do innego folderu, w przeciwnym razie program przestanie działać.
Linki dodawaj bez https:// wystarczy nazwa witryny, na przykład example.com
Dodatkowo program ma mini notes, i funkcję ''Zawsze na górze'' czyli program zawsze jest na górze.
