Trellis.2 is a state-of-the-art 4B-parameter 3D generative model by Microsoft Research (2025)
Igor Aherne optimized it to run more comfortably on 8GB Nvidia GPUS, even at 1024 voxel resolution.
Generates high-resolution fully textured assets with PBR materials (Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Opacity). Uses a novel O-Voxel representation that handles open surfaces, non-manifold geometry, and internal structures. Supports 512, 1024, and 1536 voxel resolutions.
