This is the command bp_translate_seqp that can be run in the OnWorks free hosting provider using one of our multiple free online workstations such as Ubuntu Online, Fedora Online, Windows online emulator or MAC OS online emulator

bp_translate_seq - translates a sequence
SYNOPSIS
bp_translate_seq < cdna_cds.fa > protein.fa
DESCRIPTION
The script will translate one fasta file (on stdin) to protein on stdout
