This is the command change_paired_read_orientationp that can be run in the OnWorks free hosting provider using one of our multiple free online workstations such as Ubuntu Online, Fedora Online, Windows online emulator or MAC OS online emulator
change_paired_read_orientation - Change the orientation of paired-end reads in a FASTA
Reverse the orientation, i.e. reverse-complement each right-hand paired-end read (ID
ending in /2) in a FASTA file.
FASTA file containing the reads to re-orient.
Output FASTA file where to write the reads.
