DriverGeek lists every device on your PC with the driver it is actually running - version, date, provider, and whether it is signed - and puts the driver updates Windows Update is already holding for you on the same screen. That includes the ones filed under Optional updates, four clicks deep, where almost nobody looks.
Every update comes from Windows Update and nowhere else. No driver packs, no scraped vendor downloads.
Installing is opt-in, one device at a time. Before anything is replaced DriverGeek takes a System Restore point and backs up the driver you are running now, and refuses if either fails. Boot-critical and storage controller drivers have no tick box at all.
