qBittorrent Enhanced Edition is an unofficial fork of qBittorrent that adds peer-control and anti-leeching tools to the familiar open-source BitTorrent client. It is written primarily in C++ with Qt and uses libtorrent for protocol and transfer operations. The enhanced build can automatically block several identified downloader clients and optionally reject selected unknown or media-player peers. Users can maintain peer whitelists and blacklists for more precise connection control. It retains qBittorrent’s desktop client foundation while adding enhanced APIs, tracker-list updating, country resolution, and a distinct client identity.
