Standaard biedt DM-Multipath ondersteuning voor de meest voorkomende opslagarrays die DM-Multipath ondersteunen. De ondersteunde apparaten zijn te vinden in het bestand multipath.conf.defaults. Als uw opslagarray DM-Multipath ondersteunt en niet standaard in dit bestand is geconfigureerd, moet u deze mogelijk toevoegen aan het DM-Multipath-configuratiebestand multipath.conf. Het DM-Multipath-configuratiebestand. Sommige opslagarrays vereisen een speciale afhandeling van I/O-fouten en padwisseling. Deze vereisen afzonderlijke kernelmodules voor de hardwarehandler.
